"Graffiti Removal Kits" are available to volunteers willing to help remove graffiti from surfaces like metal light poles, street signs, newspaper boxes +stickers. Environmentally friendly solvent (not paint). Simpler to use than old kits. Put out by Office of Neighborhood Involvement's Graffiti Abatement Program in partnership with Portland Fire Bureau to 9 fire stations.
