SUPPORTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE CITY TO ENHANCE QUALITY SERVICE DELIVERY TO THE PUBLIC
OMF was created in 2000 when the bureaus of Finance & Administration, General Services, and Purchases were merged. In addition to Business Operations , Management & Finance has five bureaus: Financial Services, General Services, Human Resources , Purchases, and Technology Services .
